Private Limited Company Registration
A Private Limited Company can have minimum Two members and maximum of fifty members. The minimum amount of paidup capital needed at the time of incorporation is Rs.100,000. Private Limited Registration is governed by mistry of Corporate affairs. Foreign nationals, Foreign corporate or NRI’s are followed to be directors or share holders of a company with Foreign direct investment. The directors of a Private Limited Company have limited liability to their creditors and Banks/creditors are allowed to sell only the assets of the Company whrere there is a scenario of dafult. One Person (opc) Pvt Ltd Registration
One person Company in india is a new concept that has been introduced with the company’s Act 2013 a single person was not able to establish a company. An OPC has features of a company and benefits of a sole proprietorship. Earlier if a person had to establish a busiess then he or she should only opt for sole proprietorship.

Partnership Firm Registration
Require minimum Two people to process the Partnership Registration. Registration Certificate will be issued by respective State government. Documents require are “Aadhar card, Electricity bill, Rental agreement, passport size photo, business activities.
Food License (FSSAI) Registration

Food Standard and Safety authority of India (Fssai) is the supreme authority which is responsible for regulating and supervising the food safety. There are 3 different category of Food License. The First one is Basic Registration, small business and startups having annual turn over below 12 Lakhs per annum can apply Basic Safety FSSAI Registrtion. Second Category is State License Registration. Business having annual turnover above 12 lakshs and below 20 crores can apply for Fssai State License. Third category is having turnover above 20 crores per year can apply for Central License. Eligible Food business operators like Importers & Exporters, manufacturers and operators in seaport and railways etc.

Sole Proprietorship Registration

Drug License ( Telangana )
Telangana Drug License is mandatory under the Provisions of Drugs & Cosmotics act; 1940. This act requlates the import, manufacture, distribution and sale of Drugs and Cosmotics which includes allopathic drugs, homeopathic drugs and even the aurvedic, siddha or unani drugs. Drug License will issued for wholesale and Retail drug business. Licensing is mandatory to do business in drugs and Cosmotics in india.

Export & Import License (IEC)
IEC Can help you take your services or products to a Global market and grow your business. On the basis of their IEC Registration, the companies could receive several benefits for their Imports/Exports from the DGFT, export promotion council, customs and so on. It is relatively simple to obtain an IEC Code from the DGFT. There is no requirement to provide proof of any export or import in order to obtain an IEC Code.

Msme or Udyog Adhar Reg
MSME Registration covered only service & manufacturing industries. But, in July 2021, the Government of India announced that the Retail & Wholesale Trade would come under the MSME Classification and can apply for MSME Registration of their retail or wholesale trade business except for motor vehicles & motorcycles. Hence, manufacturing & service industries and wholesale & retail trade are covered and eligible to apply for the registration.

Employee State Insurance (ESI) is adminstered by employee state insurance corportion(ESIC), an autonomous organization within the minstry of Labour and Employement of the Government of India.
